Terms of Service
Last updated: 21 June 2026
This document may be updated from time to time.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the WorkIn platform and website (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization.
1. The Service
WorkIn provides an AI-powered business operations platform for organizations in Saudi Arabia and the GCC, including HR, compliance, tasks, communications, and related features. We may update, add, or remove features over time to improve the Service.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Your responsibilities
- Use the Service lawfully and in compliance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and any other applicable laws.
- Only upload or process data you are authorized to handle, and obtain any consents your own staff or third parties require.
- Do not misuse the Service — including attempting to gain unauthorized access, disrupting the platform, reverse engineering it, or using it to store or transmit unlawful content.
- You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you enter, and for your organization’s compliance obligations.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) on a recurring basis as described on our pricing page and at checkout. Applicable taxes, including VAT, may be added. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel in accordance with your plan; access continues until the end of the paid period.
5. Customer data and ownership
As between you and WorkIn, you retain ownership of the data your organization submits to the Service. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process that data to provide the Service. We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your data), is owned by WorkIn and its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership of the Service to you.
7. Service availability
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but it is provided on an “as available” basis and we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may perform maintenance, and access may be affected by factors outside our reasonable control. Any specific availability or support commitments will be set out in a separate written agreement where offered.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and WorkIn’s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited as set out in your agreement with us. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached or where required to protect the Service or comply with law. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, your right to access the Service ends; data handling on termination follows our Privacy Policy and your agreement with us.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of its competent courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections.
